I came back from a day of shopping, decided I would make Thai green curry. I fancied something different so thought it would be a fab choice, and guess what?! It was!
I added a scoop of Philadelphia, to give it a creamy texture. I know I'm being biased but it was really delicious! Complementing one self is simply not cool, however in this case my family can vouch that I am an amazing cook.
I hope you had a great weekend! Oh, and the beauticians were packed today, so many hairy Marys getting there face done for work tommorow.
